Fantastic Four
Nothing else screams summer fun like going to see a movie. An escape from the sun, heat, humidity, and driving around with the hope that the air conditioning will kick in fast enough so you are not a ball of ucky, smelly, sweat. What a pleasant change to any afternoon when you can kick back, and relax behind the movie screen.
Today's selection, "Fantastic Four". Another film in a series based on comic book super heros. But what is this do I see, it takes place in New York... Ahhhh, New York. [If you haven't seen it yet then don't read on.] I thoroughly enjoyed the first action scene after the main characters become aware of their powers and which was cinematicly shot on my favourite bridge-- The Brooklyn Bridge. But I couldn't help but cringe when the car accident continued to pile up, car after car, after car. Then through in a boldly looking FDNY ladder truck. As this scene unfolded I was distracted at the idea that this multicar misfortune would screw up traffic in the whole city. What is a New Yorker to do? Well this one was so distraught that an accident like this would screw up traffic all day for the innocent civilians, and less concerned for the main characters and primary action.

2 days in a row! I guess I'm the slacker now! Snaps for Jesse. All that time away and your blogs are still thought provoking.
Good Job,
Charissa
Thanks Charissa. :-)
